Customers can exchange if any damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from the sale items) within 7 days of receipt date for an exchange of the item. Any delay will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers. There will be no refund once the customer has made a payment.

We take a great measures to ensure our product quality but sometimes things go wrong during delivery. Please help us take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and email it to sales@rohsofficial.comย We will exchange your item for a new one and we will bear all delivery cost to return the faulty product to us (in the form of cash voucher) and resend the new product to you. In the event your faulty item is out of stock, we will reimburse you monetary refund or replace with another code which has same value of total faulty/damage item received.

All items must be returned in their original forms,undamaged packaging. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. 

We will then ship the correct/non-defect item back to you at no additional cost. We will be responsible for the return shipping fees and the shipping fees from you to ROHS OFFICIAL.Exchanges will not be processed until your returned item has been checked by our physical store.   • We offer exchange on items found to be defective due to our fault. Defect(s) caused by the fault of third party or customerโ€™s fault cannot be exchanged.
  • We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colours you will see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitorโ€™s display of any colour will be accurate.
  • The position of pattern/design may slightly different from what you see (example: the position of the flowers may appear at different places). Size measurements and the actual product measurements and this variance will not be considered as a defect.
